Anchor Tech & Design
Anchor Tech & Design provides steady, behind‑the‑scenes operations and digital systems support for organizations that value continuity, clarity, and trust.
The work is rooted in long‑term partnership. Rather than one‑off fixes or constant reinvention, Anchor Tech & Design focuses on maintaining, organizing, and improving the systems organizations rely on every day — databases, websites, digital tools, workflows, and reporting — so leadership can focus on decisions, not details.
How I work
I approach each engagement as a long term partner rather than a short term solution.
That means:
Taking time to understand how your organization actually functions
Maintaining systems that are stable, documented, and easy to manage
Reducing risk during growth, transition, or leadership changes
Providing consistent, calm support without disruption
Most clients work with me on an ongoing basis, with clearly defined scope and hours. This model preserves institutional knowledge and creates predictability for everyone involved.
Who this work is for
Anchor Tech & Design is a good fit for organizations that:
Have existing systems that need structure, maintenance, or refinement
Value continuity over constant change
Prefer long‑term support to one‑time projects
Need someone who understands operations as well as technology
If you are looking for a dependable partner to keep your systems running quietly and reliably, I welcome the conversation.
About Elliemay Valdovinos
Anchor Tech & Design is led by Elliemay Valdovinos, an operations and systems consultant with a background spanning legal, nonprofit, and digital environments.
Elliemay graduated from college in 2006 and is a paralegal by trade. Early in her career, she opened and operated a legal clinic, running its day‑to‑day operations for ten years. That experience shaped her approach to systems, documentation, and accountability — particularly in regulated, mission‑driven settings where accuracy and continuity matter.
Alongside her legal and operational work, Elliemay has been building and maintaining websites since 2008 and working in graphic design since 1998. This long‑standing technical and creative foundation allows her to bridge operations, data, and digital infrastructure without unnecessary complexity.
She continues to work and volunteer with nonprofit organizations in her community, supporting teams that depend on reliable systems and thoughtful stewardship. Her approach to technology is practical and people‑centered: tools should support the work, not distract from it.
